LINK-AI provides custom AI chatbot development, intelligent agent creation, and orchestrated agentic system services. Our services are tailored to meet your specific business needs and requirements.

3. Custom Development Agreement

Each custom development project is governed by a separate agreement that outlines:

• Project scope and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Pricing and payment terms
• Ownership and intellectual property rights
• Confidentiality provisions

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business needs
• Cooperate with our team during the development process
• Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All custom AI solutions developed by LINK-AI for you are owned by you upon completion and full payment. We retain the right to use general methodologies, techniques, and knowledge gained during the project.

6. No Vendor Lock-In

You are free to modify, update, or maintain the custom AI solutions we develop for you without restrictions. You have complete ownership and control of your AI systems.

7. Data Ownership

All data used to train your custom AI systems remains your property. We do not claim ownership of your business data or insights generated from your data.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your individual project agreement. Generally:

• We require an initial deposit before beginning development
• Milestone payments are due upon delivery of agreed deliverables
• Final payment is due upon project completion

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LINK-AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

10. Warranty and Guarantee

We stand behind our work and will fix any issues related to our development at no additional charge for a period specified in your project agreement (typically 90 days post-delivery).

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the project and after its completion.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, work completed will be delivered, and payment is due for work performed.

13. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation, with mediation or arbitration as a secondary option.
